I'm having the same troubles, i've tested pretty much every solutions i got to read but nothing did the trick. A suggestion for you, i'm seeing you have a Razer headset. Do you by any chance have installed Razer Cortex or any other Razer softwares? Have you tried running the system display at 60hz in Windows OS?
And in the game set it to 60FPS, play a bit and see if it crashes. Apart from removing GFE completely and using just the native Display driver for the Ti to test if it conflicts, so you can rule it out, you might be out of luck! I don't think your Processor has inbuilt Graphics like most do these days, but if it does, you could set the game to use it instead of the to see if its the that's got some issue with this game.
The only other thing you could do is use an older driver, but seems like its the card itself that may have issues. If you play at p you could try p with 60fps so the card isn't under much load. Have you tried to run it in Windowed mode? Not Borderless or Fullscreen, as Borderless is known to cause issues and sometimes even Fullscreen will, worth trying any of the 3 if you haven't. I don't think I have an inbuilt graphics card or couldn't find how to use it , but I did try rolling back drivers, playing in windowed mode, and really bringing down the resolution.
